The aims of the award

Work that demonstrates active consumer involvement is especially welcome

Closing date for applications (the application form can be opened using the latest version of Adobe Reader which is available free from the adobe web site) Friday 21 September 2007 - this is a bi annual award.

The winner of the award will be announced at the Assist UK Annual General Meeting in November 2007..
