The aims of the award

To raise awareness of continence so that visitors to centres have increased choices in the way they manage incontinence

To encourage the integration of continence in assessments for daily living within the Assist UK network

To encourage innovation in service development in the network

Who can apply?

Organisations who are working with a DLC

What kind of work will be considered?

Assessment tools
Consumer information
Training
Product/service developments
Partnership projects
Innovative demonstration and product display

Work that demonstrates active consumer involvement is especially welcome

Closing date for applications (the application form can be opened using the latest version of Adobe Reader which is available free from the adobe web site) Friday 21 September 2007 - this is a bi annual award.

The winner of the award will be announced at the Assist UK Annual General Meeting in November 2007..
